Participants may cancel enrollment up to 14 days before programme commencement for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days of commencement receive no refund. No refunds are provided after programme commencement.

7.2 Cancellation by pulse acydea

We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants receive a full refund or may transfer to an alternative programme date.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You
